Is it too on the nose to call Afton “flexible?” This gymnastics coach-slash-Account-Developer-extraordinaire is Dayta’s own Simone Biles—she makes even the trickiest maneuvers look easy! Afton excels at creating and maintaining strong client relationships and loves being able to help a multitude of different companies across many unique industries tell their business story and be a part of their growth. True to her sports-centric roots, she loves Dayta’s team mindset, but make no mistake: Afton is a force to be reckoned with all on her own. She’s pretty flipping awesome!

Before joining the #DAYTALife full-time, Jessi interned with Dayta while finishing her degree at SCTCC. After her internship ended, the hands-on experience and knowledge she gained led to a position in digital marketing for real estate—but she missed us so much that she had to come back! Now, Jessi works with a variety of clients across many industries. The depth and breadth of her client base means she’s constantly learning and developing new, innovative ways to help her clients succeed. Jessi is passionate about Dayta’s positive workplace culture, and we think her sunny disposition shines through in all she does!

Before starting at Dayta, Mackenzie worked at a local television station in Duluth as an Account Executive focused on selling traditional and digital advertising. After six years in that role, she was promoted to Local Sales Manager, where she oversaw a team of nine individuals. Mackenzie loves interacting with clients and helping them develop their marketing strategies, so she is looking forward to those opportunities within her role at Dayta!

Throughout his working life, Seth has been a jack-of-all-trades: He’s worked as a dishwasher, a power pole inspector, a telemarketer, a K-Mart employee (twice over!), a journalist, and a financial representative. Most recently, though, Seth was an advertising account executive for the St. Cloud Times before joining the #DAYTALife in 2018. Seth loves that the Dayta team takes the value ‘We Are Never Satisfied’ to heart, and enjoys working in an environment where everyone is constantly striving to better themselves and their work.

Sydney has come back to Dayta not once, but twice! Sydney interned at Dayta while in college, then accepted a full-time position post-graduation. Life took her away from us for a time, but when remote work boomed in 2020, she was able to make her triumphant return! Sydney considers herself a "marketing fanatic" with a love of problem-solving and relationship-building. Her knack for listening to clients and understanding their business goals and needs makes her a natural fit for an account manager.

  • Previous to TransUnion, Daine led a development team at eBureau (acquired by TransUnion) to build a robust analytics platform serving internal and external customers.

Our Director of Advertising, Jason is a dedicated, detail-oriented leader with a knack for numbers and analytical thinking. Thanks to his encyclopedic knowledge of platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads (among many others,) Jason is an expert in running successful digital campaigns. When he’s not diligently managing and overseeing advertising campaigns, client budgets and reporting, you can often find Jason lending a helping hand to his teammates through coaching, mentoring, and generally being our go-to guy!
